What do we offer?
Anionic surfactants with exceptional cleaning properties
Anionic surfactants offer exceptional cleaning properties and produce a high amount of foam.
Commensurate with their cleaning power, they are primarily used in detergent, dish soap and shampoo. They negatively charge the surfaces of textiles and dirt particles to make them repel each other, thereby increasing the cleaning power of the product.
We offer a wide range of high-quality anionic surfactant products:
Products
- Alkyl benzene sulfonic acids and salts Toluene sulfonic acids and sulfonates Xylol sulfonic acids and sulfonates Cumene sulfonic acids and sulfonates Phenol sulfonic acid Alkyl- and alkylether sulfosuccinates Olefin sulfonates Phosphoric acid esters Alkylether phosphates Alkylether carboxylic acids and salts
- Fatty alcohol sulfates Fatty alcohol ether sulfates

What are anionic surfactants?
Strong detergent substances
In detergents and cleaning agents, surfactants serve as so-called "detergent substances". Surfactants with a negatively charged functional group are called anionic surfactants. Like all surfactants, anionic surfactants consist of a hydrophilic ("water-loving") and a hydrophobic ("water-repellent") part.
Typical anionic surfactants are alkyl carboxylates (= soap), alkylbenzenesulfonates (ABS), fatty alcohol sulfates (FAS) or alkyl ether sulfates (SLES).
Where are anionic surfactants used?
Detergents, shampoos and more
Anionic surfactants are characterized by a particularly high washing power. They are therefore primarily used in detergents and shampoos. The sulphonates ABS and SAS are known for their good wetting properties. Since they can also be used in hard water, they are often used in powdered detergents.
